Welcome to Breakthrough Emotional Well-being Project, a practice aimed to support mental well-being in children, youth and adults. At Breakthrough, we strive to provide an innovative approach in delivering evidence-based and supportive therapies. We focus on offering holistic mental health care which is the very essence of turning your emotional challenges into emotional growth.

Stressors (caused by bullying, work, relationships, social media, self-esteem, body image), traumatic events and academic burn out can have a significant impact on one’s mental well-being and physical health. These stressors can develop into depression, anxiety disorders, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-harming behaviours and suicidal thoughts if left without appropriate support.

Breakthrough offers individual therapy and social well-being group programs in a safe, non-judgemental, calming space that boosts skills and confidence to combat life's challenges. This includes starting courageous conversations, enhancing relationships and working together to create your own building blocks to resilience.
